Digital Marketing Manager, ASEAN

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support Commercial leaders in ASEAN to define customer-centric digital marketing strategy and implementation in ASEAN in line with Boston Scientific’s commercial efforts and to digitize our business, with emphasis on Educare and Sales Enablement.
  • Develop implementation road map for Omnichannel capability leveraging on existing Educare, Sales Enablement platform, and digital ecosystem with strong collaboration with respective Product Owners and marketing organization.
  • Lead the execution of cutting-edge digital sales enablement solution capabilities and Educare programs from pilot to execution to drive growth and revenue.
  • Co-develop protocol/procedures for scaling and complimenting high-impact integrated digital solutions across ASEAN markets in line with Boston Scientific’s commercial priorities that deliver at or above agreed-upon targets for Boston Scientific’s businesses.
  • Partner with respective product owners to drive collaboration with 3rd party provider(s), to enhance existing features and add new features to existing platforms to enhance HCP, sales teams, and marketing team experiences which fit with Boston Scientific’s business strategies.
  • Work with design and development agencies and divisional marketing/sales team members to create and curate e-detailing content to meet local market requirements.
  • Work with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community, and Service Cloud teams at country, regional and global levels to drive sales enablement and Educare platform integration, develop and evolve platform insights dashboards.
  • Act as product subject matter expert in ASEAN on a scrum team consisting of technical leads, developers, and scrum masters working within a larger, cross-team backlog.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to mine insights and close the marketing/sales loop with in-country teams to refine existing processes.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams at the country, region, and globe to define country-specific HCP Education and digital sales enablement requirements, stakeholder management, and legal compliance reviews and approvals.
  • Be a support contact for ongoing vendor relationships.
  • Play a thought leader role by sharing knowledge and best practices within the organization.
  • Partner with in-house Omnichannel business analyst, Salesforce specialists, Mobile App platform developers, Website platform developers and content and Mixed Reality platform specialists.
  • Guides the successful completion of major programs and often functions in a project leadership role. Effects of decisions are long-lasting and influence the future course of the organization.

 

 

Key Skills & Experiences

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7 Years + work experience driving/influencing new strategic digital processes with regional/local stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in building and developing new digital capabilities in an organization.
  • Experience working in/with commercial teams in the ASEAN region.
  • Digital native, with a passion for new technology innovations.
  • Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset towards complex challenges.
  • Experience managing 3rd party partner relationships.
  • Proven success as part of a cross-functional team working in/with a multi-cultural work environment.
  • Fluency in English

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

  • Experience working with Sales Enablement platforms in the healthcare industry
  • A strong understanding of digital platforms, user experience, and content strategy is preferred.
  • Experience working with raw data and drawing key recommendations to optimize the digital solutions landscape.
  • Experience working with Community Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience in optimizing channels to improve customer experience and sales rep experience based on big data and machine learning.
  • BI tool experience (such as Tableau, Power BI, and Sales Cloud dashboards)
