Purpose Statement
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled APAC Logistics Project Specialist to join the APAC logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and monitoring KPIs and dashboards for logistics and third-party vendors (3PL) operations across APAC countries. Additionally, this role involves managing and executing various logistics projects within the region.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs and dashboards to track logistics performance and 3PL operations across APAC
· Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations and project execution
· Lead and manage logistics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
· Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance to senior management
· Identify and implement best practices in logistics and supply chain management
· Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
Key Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
· Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or project management, preferably within the APAC region
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decision
· Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for KPI tracking and dashboard creation
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
· Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with 3PL providers and managing logistics operations
· Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in logistics and supply chain management
