Field Clinical Specialist, Cardiac Rhythm Management – Puglia & Basilicata (Based in Bari) 

 

The Field Clinical Specialist CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) will promote and support company products by educating current and potential customers and providing clinical support for routine activities. The role is responsible for day‑to‑day field execution and the delivery of high‑quality clinical and technical support. 

 

The ideal candidate is based in Bari or surrounding areas and will cover the territories of Puglia and Basilicata. 

 

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

 

Commercial Support 

 

  • Under close supervision, serve as a primary resource for clinical support, assisting physicians during CRM procedures with our systems. 

  • Support the education of customers on the proper and effective clinical use of company products, including presentations and product demonstrations. 

  • Partner with the Sales Representative to meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, hospital teams) to understand clinical needs and demonstrate how company products can support patient care. 

  • Collaborate with the Sales Representative to prepare clinical and technical documentation for tender processes. 

  • Begin developing business relationships with hospital personnel (through meetings, conferences, daily interactions, etc.). 

  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products or services by developing creative and effective solutions, coordinating when needed with sales, clinical, research, marketing, or technical support teams. 

 

Clinical Trial Support 

 

  • Manage and provide technical support for clinical trial activity within the assigned territory, supporting site authorization and study procedures as defined in the clinical investigational plan. 

  • Deliver initial and ongoing training, education, and support for clinical center personnel on trial protocols, clinical workflows, and products/features under investigation. 

 

 

What we are looking for in you: 

 

  • Native‑level or proficient Italian and good English (B2 or above). 

  • Ideally 1–2 years of experience in CRM; EP experience is considered a strong plus. 

  • Commercial mindset and strong communication skills. 

  • Team player with empathy and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. 

  • Strong willingness to learn and develop leadership skills. 

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Puglia and Basilicata) and comfortable with daily driving. 

  • Availability and flexibility to work on Saturdays, as it is often required.
