  • Define, plan and implement marketing communications tactics to support the business objectives of one or several divisions of the organization.


  • Plan and execute marketing communication activities (both paper based and also digital and e-marketing based) to support the franchises: Develop marketing communication briefs for all new projects, ensuring market positioning and key messages are maintained; Prepare reports, schedules, analysis and budgets on all activities; Communicate to the Countries available material and monitor promotional material usage and stocks; Produces localized product brochures and marketing materials; Develop, maintain and manage Product Catalogue delivery; Ensure that external marketing communications meet internal customersG�� needs, legal and regulatory guidelines; Support specific country marketing communication activities.
  • Aid in the planning and execution of major congresses: Contribute to the development of a high quality and consistent image of Boston Scientific at International and national events, aligned to corporate guidelines; Participate to the strategic brief and assist the MarCom Manager in project management; Support major events by producing MarCom deliverables (documentation, exhibition graphics and multimedia presentations); Booth design and set up; Manage logistics, housing and side-meeting arrangements with external agencies and support from the assistant.
  • Vendor Management: Assist in the selection and management of suppliers to ensure quality collateral at a competitive cost, within given timeframes; Interface with suppliers, i.e. graphic design agencies, printers, translation agencies and merchandising companies to ensure that corporate identity is maintained at all times.
  • Leverage Globally: Interface with all divisions and functions at International and US levels to ensure that documentation reflects business goals and expectations; Explore and leverage global opportunities with US counterparts.
  • Quality: Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific; Responsible for facilitating and championing the quality requirements and the messaging of compliance to internal and external customers for all events and campaigns.
