We are seeking a motivated Clinical Sales Representative Graduate to join our Neuromodulation Division in Lebanon. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about healthcare, enjoys building relationships and wants to begin a commercial career in the medical device industry. This position is based in Lebanon and requires regular travel across the North Africa region.  The successful candidate will be offered a 12-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to be considered for a permanent role within Boston Scientific's Neuromodulation Division based on performance and business needs.

As a Clinical Sales Representative Graduate, you will receive comprehensive training while gaining hands-on experience supporting healthcare professionals, developing clinical expertise and building commercial capabilities. You will split your time equally between clinical support and sales activities, helping deliver exceptional customer experiences and improving patient outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Deliver clinical support and commercial activities across assigned countries in North Africa.

● Partner with the sales team to identify customer needs and contribute to account strategies and business growth.

● Support physicians and operating room staff during clinical procedures following completion of product training.

● Serve as a trusted clinical resource for physicians, nurses and hospital teams.

● Deliver product education, therapy development and ongoing clinical support to healthcare professionals.

● Increase market share by providing exceptional product training, evaluations and procedural support.

● Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, educational programs and industry events.

● Support the commercial team by identifying upcoming tenders and business opportunities through customer engagement.

● Collaborate with regional colleagues to develop proactive service plans that enhance the customer experience.

● Accurately document customer interactions and activities within the company's CRM system.

● Maintain regular communication with Salesforce and Commercial Contracting teams to ensure alignment and data accuracy.


Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

● Recent bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical engineering, biotechnology, life sciences or a related scientific discipline.

● Interest in pursuing a commercial career within the medical device industry.

● Fluent in English and French.

● Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

● Comfortable learning new technologies and clinical products.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

● Willingness to travel regularly throughout the North Africa region.
