O Estagiário(a) de Facilities (Soft Services) será responsável por apoiar na gestão de contratos, bem como acompanhamento diário, formulação de PO's, acompanhamento de pagamentos a fornecedores e demais rotinas administrativas pertinentes à área.

Responsabilidades

• Apoiar a equipe de facilities; 
• Acompanhamento as atividades dos contratos geridos pela área;
• Acompanhamento de requisições e todas as suas demandas até o pagamento do fornecedor;
• Rotinas administrativas e outras atividades inerentes a função.

Qualificações mandatórias

• Ensino superior em andamento em Administração de Empresas/Comércio Exterior a partir do  3º período.
• Conhecimento intermediário em pacote Office;
• Nível de inglês básico;
• Disponibilidade para estagiar por 2 anos.

Qualificações desejáveis

• Conhecimento nos sistemas SAP e MyBuy;
• Habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita;
• Bom relacionamento interpessoal;
• Senso de organização e autogestão;
