What We Are Looking For: ASE PI

About the role:

This role will be responsible for developing Sales of core products and strategic products in different accounts based mainly in Mexico city and Estado de México. The person will be responsible of generating demand, engagement with HCP´s and attending procedures. He/she will be responsible for identifying opportunities to co-work with marketing generating strategic events to position BSCI in the HCP premises.

  • Attend procedures.
  • Understand the market and our competitors.
  • Report  sales, procedures and opportunities in salesforce.
  • Increase average ticket in the accounts, complementing with additional products when possible.
  • Have a clear understanding of growth opportunities by account/physician.
  • Understand the sales process in the medical device industry.
  • Quick learning of internal processes, stakeholder identification and stakeholder follow up on each request to guarantee an end to end accountability in the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate to foster an excellence, action and execution culture.

 

Required qualifications: MUST

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare area.
  • Flawless execution to gain market and manage objections.
  • At least 1 year in sales.
  • English fluency B2 or higher.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work.
  • Availability to attend procedures and experience in OR.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint.
  • End-to-end accountability is required.
  • Located in Mexico City.

  • Experience in education activities in the healthcare industry
