About the role

Boston Scientific Mexico is seeking a Capital Equipment and Service & Solution Supervisor to supercharge our commercial success. This high-impact role demands strategic leadership in capital equipment sales, services excellence, and crafting groundbreaking solution portfolios.

The candidate will optimize equipment utilization, maximize revenue, and build strong customer relationships while contributing to our mission of improving patient lives through innovative medical solutions.

 

Your responsibilities will include

  • Strategic Leadership: Optimize operations and maximize opportunities.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales planning, customer engagement, and contract negotiation using pre-plan sales calls, manage time efficiently, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Innovation and digital transformation: Develop new sales opportunities leveraging our service and solution platforms, and advocate for digital change and communicate effectively across teams
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Connect with C-suite executives, biomedical engineers, and nursing staff.
  • Deal Management: Create and prepare commercial deals, manage approvals for repairs and services.
  • Revenue Maximization: Implement pricing strategies to maximize operating income.
  • Account Management: Maintain up-to-date account files and prepare competitive sales contracts.
  • Sales Targets and commercial performance: Achieve annual sales targets, increase market share, and ensure positive NPS.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships within hospitals and integrated delivery networks.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Act as a liaison among Sales, Management, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing teams.

 

What we are looking for in you

 

Required qualifications:

  • English: B2 or C1 level
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Digital Transformation, Business, or Marketing.
  • 3 to 5 years of consistent capital equipment sales experience with a consistently exceeding sales goals and implementing innovative strategies to sale CE.
  • Understanding of the hospital buying process including the role of National Accounts, GPO, Distributors and publics tenders.
  • Knowledge in BI, Tableau, Salesforce, and other database programing languages
  • Based in Mexico City
  • Master negotiation and presentation skills
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Self-direction and resilience

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or master’s degree related
  • Learning Agility: The capacity to rapidly learn and adapt to new challenges and environments.
  • Experience in Health Care
