This is an exciting time to join Boston Scientific México’s team, as we continue to launch new and transformative technologies in the field of Electrophysiology (EP).
We are looking for passionate and talented FCS Specialists who are eager to advance science for life — professionals who thrive in clinical environments, love technology, and are motivated by the opportunity to impact patients’ lives every day.
As part of our Rhythm Management & Electrophysiology team, you’ll work hand-in-hand with physicians and EP lab staff, providing expert technical and clinical support during cardiac procedures. You’ll be instrumental in the adoption of cutting-edge tools such as 3D Mapping and PFA systems, Radiofrequency Ablation catheters, Diagnostic Catheters, EP recording systems, and Intracardiac Access Sheaths, ensuring their safe and effective use.
During your first months, you’ll embark on an intensive learning journey, mastering Boston Scientific’s EP portfolio through hands-on training and professional development programs that will empower you to succeed in this field-based, high-impact role.

- You have experience in electrophysiology, cardiac pacing, or implantable devices.
- You enjoy working in the field, within a hospital setting, advising and supporting healthcare professionals.
- You possess an analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to react precisely in high-pressure clinical environments.
- You are motivated by continuous learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the opportunity to directly impact patients' lives.
- You have an ethical, empathetic, and service-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications – MUST:
- English: 90% proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in medical device sales, clinical electrophysiology, or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to discuss and explain complex product information.
- Availability to travel.
- Cell phone provided as a 24/7 field support tool.
- Based in: CDMX
Preferred Qualifications – Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in Atrial Fibrillation, Cardiac Mapping, or Structural Heart procedures.
- Hands-on experience with 3D cardiac mapping systems.
- Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare.
- Strong communication skills, sense of urgency, patient-centric mindset, teamwork, and results orientation.
