Instructional Designer (LATAM)

About the role:
As an Instructional Designer, you will play a critical role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining our learning platforms and training programs to enhance employee knowledge across LATAM.

What We Are Looking For in You
Key Responsibilities You’ll Own:
Design & Implement Interactive Learning Solutions – Develop engaging, digital learning programs that improve product knowledge and sales performance.
Manage LMS & Digital Platforms – Ensure seamless operation and organization of BSC’s learning management systems.
Optimize Learning Materials – Keep training content up to date and aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with Stakeholders – Work with SMEs, sales leaders, and HR to align learning programs with business goals.
Drive Innovation – Implement data-driven learning strategies and explore learning tools to enhance engagement.
Skills & Competencies We Value:

Your Experience & Background:
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience 
Proficiency in English (Portuguese is a plus).
Strong experience in LMS management and digital learning platforms.
Preferred: Experience in Adobe Learning Manager, GenAI, data analytics, and medtech/healthcare training.
Certifications in SCRUM is a plus.
