What are we looking for?

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the review and follow-up of contracts and legal documents (e.g., non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, distribution agreements, loan for use agreements, amendment agreements, consignment agreements, commission agent agreements, etc.).
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies. 
  • Collaborate with the legal team on market development projects, collaboration agreements, etc.Participate in the preparation and delivery of compliance training sessions.Keep compliance records and databases up to date.

 

Requirements:

  • Currently in the last two semesters of a Law degree.
  • Preferably with prior work experience.
  • Experience in Compliance is desirable.

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Basic knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: The intern will manage various types of contracts, such as non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, distribution agreements, loan for use agreements, amendment agreements, consignment agreements, commission agent agreements, etc. This includes reviewing and monitoring them to ensure proper execution and compliance.
  • Time Management: The intern is expected to demonstrate effective time management skills, meeting deadlines for assigned tasks and maintaining an up-to-date schedule of activities.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: The intern will collaborate with different departments within the company, facilitating communication and coordination between the legal and compliance teams and other areas. This includes participating in interdepartmental meetings and assisting in joint projects.
