 Digital Marketing and Communication Cordinator


  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and information, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across all marketing materials.
  • Coordinate graphic design projects, including creating visually appealing marketing collateral, infographics, social media graphics, and other digital assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual identity guidelines across all digital marketing and communication materials.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized graphic design or digital marketing projects, if necessary.
  • Monitor and control payments to the advertising agencies, to avoid over expenses.
  • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate digital marketing efforts and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Project management to plan, organize, and manage internal and external resources to meet project goals and objectives while honoring project constraints.


 What are we looking for in you:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, advertising, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in digital marketing, communication, and graphic design roles. (Experience in Healthcare Industry is a plus).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and AI Powered Tools.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta (formely Facebook) Ads, Business CMS, and HubSpot Inboud are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple digital marketing and communications initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
