Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a high-performing, strategic, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead the Urology business in Mexico. This role is critical to driving our growth strategy in the market, owning the full local marketing plan from insight and planning to execution. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric and data-driven leader who can connect clinical and commercial insights with strategic action, energize cross-functional teams, and deliver results through disciplined implementation of regional and global strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute the local marketing plan aligned with BU, LATAM, and global priorities.
Lead product and therapy development initiatives for the URO portfolio in Mexico.
Partner with the sales team to develop customer-centric go-to-market campaigns and commercial tools.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, medical societies, and clinical leaders.
Translate customer and market insights into actionable strategies and tactics.
Manage the full marketing operating budget (OPEX) with discipline and accountability.
Collaborate with regulatory, finance, and operations on launches and lifecycle management.
Supervise and coach two direct reports, building a culture of growth, trust, and performance.
Drive customer engagement with empathy, responsiveness, and excellence.
Ensure internal alignment, timely reporting, and performance tracking across key metrics.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
1–3 years in a marketing manager role in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into execution.
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
Demonstrated success in customer engagement and data-driven planning.
Marketing budget management and business case development experience.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Availability to travel frequently; US visa preferred.
