About the role:

This role will be responsible for supporting the marketing team by analyzing, competitive landscape, customer behavior, and offering specific trainnings for internal and external costumer to enhance the company's marketing efforts and drive business growth in the medical device sector. It will also be responsible for Executing internal processes that are required in order to perform marketing activites.

 

 

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop training campaigns and initiatives with data-driven insights. For internal and external users.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Create and follow up on IRF processes, payment processes and HCP contract follow up.

Customer Insights:

  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify trends and preferences.
  • Segment customers and create detailed profiles to support targeted marketing efforts.

Competitive Analysis:

  • Monitor competitors’ activities, products, and strategies. And ROI over trainnings.
  • Provide competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) specifically by each family product.
  • Maintain an updated database of competitive intelligence. Being aware that trainings is the seed to nourish.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or a healthcare related degree
  • English fluency B2 or higher.
  • Experience in the medical devices industry at least 2 years
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to module voice and information level according to the audience.
  • Located in Mexico City.
  • Advanced Excel level
