We are looking for a dynamic and analytical profile to join our PMO team. As an Intern, you will be a key player in ensuring our most ambitious projects (including large-scale government initiatives) are executed with precision and agility.
What will you do with us?
- Strategic Planning: Capture and document key activities, helping to design the tracking formats that keep everything on track.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Update the status of projects in execution and maintain direct communication with teams so no one loses the beat.
- Risk Management: Identify and communicate barriers or delays before they become problems.
- Executive Reporting: Support the creation of Dashboards and high-level reports for the leadership team.
- Document Management: Act as the guardian of documentation for robust government projects (organization, printing, and archiving).
Key Deliverables Under Your Charge:
- Detailed planning registers.
- Weekly project execution status reports.
- Updated risk and barrier matrix.
- Communication and team tracking logs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Active student in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields (with approximately 2 years remaining until graduation).
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is your best friend).
- Tech-Savvy: Proactive use of Generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to optimize tasks.
- Languages: English level B1 (Desirable).
- Availability: Morning shift.
