About the role:
The Revenue Growth Manager will enable Boston Scientific Mexico’s commercial organization to make disciplined, fact-based decisions that protect margin, strengthen value capture and support sustainable growth. This role will develop strategic pricing and revenue growth insights, governance, analytical tools and execution capabilities, partnering across Business Units and commercial teams to translate strategy into consistent decisions and measurable business outcomes.
Work model, sponsorship, relocation:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.
Your responsibilities will include:
Revenue growth and pricing strategy
- Partner with Business Units to translate business, portfolio and customer strategies into revenue growth and pricing priorities, target outcomes and actionable plans.
- Lead the annual pricing review and price-adjustment planning process, including recommendations, execution and performance follow-up.
- Develop pricing approaches for strategic products, new offerings, portfolio solutions and differentiated customer segments to strengthen value capture and sustainable growth.
Commercial analytics and insights
- Analyze pricing, discounts, margins, product mix and customer-level performance to identify revenue growth opportunities and risks.
- Develop scenario models and business cases to quantify the revenue, margin and customer impact of commercial and pricing alternatives.
- Translate complex commercial and financial analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for business and commercial leaders.
Strategic deals and governance
- Partner with Key Account Managers and commercial teams to evaluate strategic opportunities, customer-specific pricing scenarios, portfolio offers and contract economics.
- Assess discounts and commercial concessions against expected volume, mix, margin and long-term account value, providing recommendations for significant negotiations.
- Maintain pricing governance and support consistent application of pricing guardrails, approval flows, decision rights and approved exceptions.
Performance and commercial capabilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools that provide visibility into pricing effectiveness, revenue opportunities and margin performance.
- Track execution of approved pricing actions, identify performance gaps and partner with commercial teams on appropriate follow-up.
- Develop tools, guidance and training that strengthen pricing and financial acumen while identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve commercial decision-making.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in revenue growth management, strategic pricing, commercial excellence, finance, sales operations, business analytics or a related commercial function.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing pricing, revenue, margins, discounts, product mix or customer profitability to support commercial decisions.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience developing business cases, scenario models and sensitivity analyses.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations and influence cross-functional commercial stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the medical device, health care, pharmaceutical or another regulated industry.
- Experience with strategic pricing, revenue growth management, commercial excellence or value-based pricing methodologies.
- Experience supporting complex customer negotiations, strategic accounts, contracting or portfolio-based commercial offers.
- Experience developing pricing governance, dashboards, KPIs or commercial performance-management processes.
