About the role:

You will help to drive our growth with your analytical process and passion for data. In this crucial role, you’ll leverage advanced analytics and database automation to enhance our sales operations.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the organization, applying a strategic mindset to manage processes and ensure seamless integration with our CRM systems. Your role involves delivering insightful analysis through actionable reports and dashboards, empowering our sales team to make data-driven strategic decisions.

Your responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date charts and territory maps for sales support, and ensuring consistent alignment and visibility. You’ll also oversee the SOPs for account and territory lifecycles within SAP systems and coordinate business reporting using BI tools.

As a key player in our digital transformation journey, you’ll need excellent communication skills to serve as a liaison among Sales, Management, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing teams, providing critical insights support.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, digital transformation careers, administration, or business.
  • Knowledge of BI, Tableau, Salesforce, and other database programming languages.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (Scrum, PMO, Agile).
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Strong teamwork skills and results-oriented approach.
  • Learning agility, emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-direction.
  • Based in Mexico City.
  • Hybrid work mode (home office and in-person).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.

Preferred qualifications:
