What We’re Looking For – Endoscopy Technician
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Endoscopy Technician to support our commercial and clinical activities within the Endoscopy business. This role will play a critical part in procedure support, customer engagement, inventory management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and outstanding
customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and procedural support during endoscopy cases and product
demonstrations. - Support physicians, nurses, and hospital staff with product handling and
troubleshooting. - Coordinate logistics and inventory management for consignment and procedure
support. - Ensure product availability and readiness for scheduled procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and product utilization.
- Support sales representatives and clinical specialists in account development activities.
- Assist with customer training sessions and educational workshops.
- Build strong professional relationships with physicians, nurses, biomedical personnel, and purchasing teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in endoscopy, operating room support, medical devices, or healthcare environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments.
- Problem-solving attitude and high sense of urgency.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred.
- English proficiency preferred.
- Availability to travel locally when required.
- Required flexibility, agility and sometimes OFF-SCHEDULE availability (weekends).
