About the role:

The Technician IC will provide technical and clinical support for Interventional Cardiology procedures, partnering closely with physicians, healthcare professionals and commercial teams to ensure excellent procedural outcomes and customer satisfaction.

This position is based in Mexico City and is ideal for candidates interested in developing their career within the medical device industry. The role combines clinical support, customer-facing activities, product expertise and collaboration with commercial teams to support business growth and strengthen customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic healthcare environment.

 

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical assistance during Interventional Cardiology procedures in Hemodynamics.

· Develop deep knowledge of the division’s products, strategic therapies and clinical procedures.

· Support execution of monthly and quarterly territory plans.

· Collaborate with sales representatives, distributors, commission agents and other business partners to achieve business objectives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, purchasing personnel, insurance companies, opinion leaders and hospitals.

· Conduct regular visits to current and prospective customers.

· Support the planning and execution of product launches and account development strategies.

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

· Prepare reports related to procedures, sales activities, inventory, historical information and account profiles.

· Provide excellent customer service and timely support to internal and external stakeholders.

· Participate in training programs and continuously develop technical and product knowledge.

· Demonstrate accountability, responsiveness and a strong sense of urgency in daily activities.

 

Required qualifications: --- MUST ---

· Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Orthopedic Technology, Biotechnology, Healthcare-related Engineering or a similar field.

· Residency in Mexico City.

· English proficiency.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

· Availability and flexibility of schedule to support procedural and business needs.

· Availability to attend procedures and customer visits as required.

· Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

 

Preferred qualifications: --- NICE TO HAVE ---

✓ Experience in sales, customer-facing roles or healthcare environments.

✓ Exposure to medical devices, clinical support or hospital settings.

✓ Knowledge of Interventional Cardiology, Hemodynamics or related specialties.

✓ Experience interacting with physicians, nurses and healthcare stakeholders.

✓ Experience supporting product launches, account development initiatives or customer education activities.
