About the role:
As a Tenders Intern, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the SOF-IA platform, ensuring the traceability of documentation and technical information for products and equipment. You will rigorously comply with tender processes while guaranteeing the availability of strategic information for the CRV divisions. Your role will involve handling INAI information requests for monthly updates, validating responses, consolidating Market Share data, and managing price intelligence information from tender processes. Additionally, you will ensure the accuracy and accessibility of critical documentation such as product universe status, brochures, catalogs, standardized descriptions, technical datasheets, and value propositions for CRV products and equipment.

Required qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in: Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related.
• English level: B1

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience or familiarity with tender processes and price intelligence
• Strong analytical skills for data consolidation and validation
• Ability to manage and update market share databases and dashboards
• Knowledge of documentation management, including technical datasheets and regulatory compliance
• Competency in handling and ensuring traceability of technical and strategic product information
