We are looking for an analytical and detail‑oriented profile to join the Tenders team, supporting smart information management and the preparation of strategic proposals.

 

What will you do with us?

  • Market Intelligence Management: You will keep our SOF‑IA platform (Market Share and Pricing modules) up to date, ensuring that all registered data is accurate and efficient.
  • Regulatory Compliance: You will work closely with the regulatory area to ensure traceability and up‑to‑date documentation required for bidding processes.
  • Data Analysis and Dashboards: You will collect tender data to produce statistical reports and control dashboards that support decision‑making.
  • Technical Document Management: You will manage the technical information database (product sheets, brochures, manuals, and instructions) needed for government proposals.
  • Proposal Support: You will assist in preparing technical and economic bids, ensuring data consistency and analyzing past awards to identify trends.
  • Contracting Reports: You will support the creation of contract depletion reports and other key reports for the area.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Active student of Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields (with approximately 2 years left before graduation).
  • Tools: Proficient in Office (intermediate/advanced Excel).
  • Digital Mindset: Proactive use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) to optimize processes.
  • Languages: English level B1 (Preferred).
  • Availability: Morning schedule.
