About the role:

This role will be responsible for developing strategic alliances both internal and external stakeholders to generate academic value to HCPs. The role involves medical education initiatives focusing on “Salud en movimiento” “fellow me”, and “CESMEs” among other medical education projects

 

 

Strategic medical education alliances:

 

  • Develop long-term academic relationships with academic institutions, hospitals, and HCPs to create tailor-made medical educational programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the strategy and support them in medical academic courses with a focus in Salud en movimiento and CESMEs projects
  • Identify new opportunities for academic courses and alliances

 

Customer Insights:

  • Analyze HCPs feedback and identify clinical behavior changes after medical education projects.
  • Segment HCPs academic needs and create detailed courses.

Intermediate clinical knowledge

  • Understand the state of the disease and the most current therapies focused on BSCI technologies

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or degree in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, or similar
  • Office at user level, advanced Excel & PowerPoint (pivot tables, macros desirable), Salesforce, Tableau
  • At least 1 year of experience working in the health sector or academic background in life sciences (hospitals, pharma, medical devices would be a nice to have).
  • English (Advanced level) spoken and written.
  • Passionate by training and education.
  • Excellent presentation skills, planning, and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Focus on details and the patient
  • Responsible for planning, building, and developing theoretical courses and manual skills for new physicians and health staff regarding new technologies.
  • Analytical skills and budget management skills

 

Preferred qualifications --- NICE TO HAVE.---:

  • Health Sciences 
  • Previous experience managing CRM platforms as Salesforce or similars.
