Field Clinical Specialist, EP (País Vasco)

About the Role

The primary focus of this role is to promote and support company products, particularly Farapulse and other electrophysiology solutions, by educating current and potential customers and providing clinical support for routine procedures. You will be responsible for day-to-day field execution and clinical-technical support.

 


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Commercial Support: Under close supervision, act as the primary resource for clinical support, assisting physicians during arrhythmia procedures in the electrophysiology lab using our systems.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and proper clinical use of company products by participating in presentations and demonstrations, ensuring they stay informed about the latest BSC technologies.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Representative to meet with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, hospital groups) to understand their clinical needs and demonstrate how our products can help them achieve their goals.
  • Support the Sales Representative in preparing clinical and technical documentation for tenders.
  • Begin building business relationships with hospital personnel through informal interactions, meetings, and participation in conferences.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints by developing creative, feasible solutions in collaboration with internal teams (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support).
  • Clinical Trial Support: Provide technical support for clinical trial activities within the assigned territory, including site authorization and study procedures as outlined in the clinical investigational plan.
  • Deliver initial and ongoing training and education to clinical center personnel on trial protocols, clinical processes, and investigational products and procedures.

 


What We’re Looking For:

  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker with a good level of English (B2 or higher)
  • Experience in the operating room and/or with electrophysiology products is a plus
  • Commercial mindset and strong communication skills
  • Team player with empathy and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in leadership
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license
