We are now looking for an Associate Director, Healthcare Solutions LATAM to help shape the future of integrated healthcare solutions in the region and accelerate sustainable growth through strategic leadership and collaboration.

This is a regional role. We will hire where we find the best talent, across: Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Puerto Rico.

Role Overview

The Associate Director, Healthcare Solutions is responsible for defining and driving the regional Healthcare Solutions strategy across Latin America, positioning integrated services and solutions as a key lever for value creation, market expansion, and long-term growth for Boston Scientific LATAM.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing LATAM, this role acts as a strategic partner to regional executive leadership. Under the direct influence of this position, countries are expected to adopt and embed Healthcare Solutions into their commercial plans, making strong collaboration and influence with Country Directors and Commercial or Business Unit Leaders essential to success.

This role plays a central part in regional leadership discussions, ensuring Healthcare Solutions are fully integrated into go-to-market and growth strategies across LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Healthcare Solutions strategy, aligned with LATAM priorities and business objectives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the VP of Marketing LATAM, influencing portfolio direction and growth decisions.
• Drive country-level adoption of Healthcare Solutions within local commercial plans.
• Oversee the design, governance, deployment, and lifecycle management of scalable, integrated solutions.
• Build and develop a high-performing regional Healthcare Solutions organization.
• Represent Healthcare Solutions in regional leadership forums, influencing cross-functional decision-making.
• Sponsor strategic transformation initiatives, including innovation, new business models, and capability evolution.

What We’re Looking For in you:

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, commercial leadership, healthcare solutions, or business transformation.
• Strong understanding of the Latin American healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders across countries in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong strategic, financial, and analytical capabilities.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership without direct reporting lines.
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese and advanced English.
