About the role:

Plan, research, develop and implement compensation and benefit policies and programs to support the attainment of business objectives.


You're Responsabilities include:

  • Evaluates present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of compensation and benefit trends and/or vendor management to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy.
  • Use job evaluation process to determine job requirements and prepare market data analysis to determine compensation program assignment (pay structures, variable pay, equity).
  • Advise, educate and coach Human Resources and management on compensation and benefit programs and systems.
  • Represent Total Rewards and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives ( Local, regional or global)
  • Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and benefit administration and recommend appropriate course of action.
  • Responds to and resolves a variety of escalated compensation and benefits issues.
  • May be responsible for health and welfare programs, capital accumulation, sales compensation, executive compensation and benefits, base pay and incentive plan administration.


What we're looking for:


A Total Rewards professional to be part of our Global Center of Excellence providing strategic consultation to the Latin American region. At this role you should be a highly motivated, problem solving, team player, with the ability to partner with multiple stakeholders, while also being able to work independently.

  • Licenciature degree in Administration of Human Resources or Field Related
  • English Level desired: 80-89%.
  • Experience: At least 7 years
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Technical Competencies: Salary bands; Market surveys (Willis Towers Watson, Mercer, PWC), Legal guidelines, Numerical skills.
  • Regional Experience – Latin America preferred.
  • Desired experience in manufacturing and commercial functions.

This position will be hired in Mexico or Colombia, the candidate will be hired in his/her own country.
