Academic Background:

• Students in their final semesters of Communication, Marketing, Design, Journalism, or related fields.

Desired Skills:

• Professional-level English (spoken and written)
• Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office tools
• Proactive, creative, and organized
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Interest in corporate culture, internal communication, and DEI topics

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of Portuguese
• Experience with SharePoint, Contact Monkey, or other communication platforms
• Passion for employer branding, digital content, and storytelling

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of internal campaigns
• Support content creation for emails, banners, and posts using Canva and PowerPoint
• Collaborate on internal newsletters and employee communication channels
• Organize mailing lists and support email deployment
• Generate basic reports on campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Help maintain internal platforms such as SharePoint and Teams channels
