What are we looking for? 

 

We are seeking dynamic, forward-thinking students with a passion for public health, government affairs, sustainability, and health economics. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, curious, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects that support Boston Scientific's regional strategy and stakeholder engagement efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate and Public Affairs Intern, you will:

  • Conduct research on topics related to public health, health economics, and sustainability.
  • Analyze public policy documents to support regulatory strategy.
  • Assist in the creation of internal and external communications (policy memos, news alerts, letters, etc.).
  • Attend stakeholder and policymaker meetings, offering input and supporting engagement strategies.
  • Contribute to sector engagement, public policy, and health economics initiatives.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in one of the following or related fields: Public Health, Political Science, Communications, Economics, International Relations, Business Administration, Sociology, Policy Studies, Government and Public Administration, Environmental Studies....

  • Interest in public health, government affairs, healthcare, or sustainability.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience or coursework related to public policy, ESG, or health economics.
