Position Summary
We are looking for a curious, organized, and detail-oriented Data Analytics Intern to support the LATAM Learning team with reporting, data organization, and dashboard updates.
This internship is a great opportunity for a student interested in data analysis, business intelligence, and learning operations. The intern will work alongside the LATAM Learning team to help prepare reports, validate information, and organize data that supports learning initiatives across the region.
What You'll Do

Support the update of learning dashboards and recurring reports.

Help organize, clean, and validate data from spreadsheets and other business systems.

Assist in tracking training participation and completion metrics.

Prepare basic reports and presentation materials for the Learning team.

Help identify data inconsistencies and support data quality efforts.

Maintain simple documentation for recurring reports and processes.

Assist with ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

Learn and collaborate with regional teams on data and reporting projects.
What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Interest in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Proactive attitude and eagerness to develop new skills.
Preferred Skills

Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables).

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Knowledge of data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) is a plus.

Basic SQL knowledge

No previous professional experience is required.
