About the role
We’re looking for a versatile Demand Generation Leader for Cardiac Rhythm Management and Electrophysiology Divisions in Colombia, with experience in these 2 markets.
This position will design and execute a demand generation and field work plan, in line with the strategic priorities of Boston Scientific for Rhythm Management (RM) Group in the country.
The person will be responsible of leading the RM Field clinical specialists in Bogotá, Santander and North Coast territories and will be responsible for ensuring that the assigned territories meet or exceed sales objectives, as well as introduction of new products, maintain current accounts and convert new accounts within his/her divisions.
This person will work aligned with the RM field clinical team in the other territories in the Country, RM Product Manager, HEMA and Commercial areas to execute strategies and tactics that support the goals achievement, including leading the patient journey key points and delivering value proposition and clinical messages of the RM therapies in charge to different stakeholders in the healthcare system, understanding the Cardiac Rhythm Management and Electrophysiology markets and healthcare system needs to drive strategy execution in the territories assigned.
Required qualifications: --- MUST. ---
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economy, biomedical engineering, medicine
- English: B2-C1 level
- Minimum of 10 years of Work experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management and/or Atrial Fibrillation Procedures
- Minimum of 5 years in management positions
- Experience in managing P&Ls, structured analysis, and business reports
- Management of direct or indirect people in projects and field work
- Relationship building, teamwork, customer centricity, leadership and communication skills
- Others: Excel, Sales Force Tableau
Preferred qualifications: --- NICE TO HAVE---
- Professional post graduate education: marketing or sales post graduate degree or MBA
- Established relationship with electrophysiologists in Andean Region
