Role Objective:

Support the demand planning process by ensuring forecast accuracy, data integrity, and proper execution across a complex portfolio.

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning roles.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas; macros are a plus).
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Rapid Response, Oracle, or similar).
• Proven experience managing complex product portfolios and multiple demand streams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of forecasting processes, demand drivers, and forecast adjustment validation.
• Ability to ensure process discipline and data quality.
• Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain).
• Proactive mindset to identify risks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
• High level of organization, planning, and follow-up.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the end-to-end demand planning process is executed correctly and on time.
• Review, validate, and challenge forecast adjustments to ensure completeness, consistency, and business rationale.
• Collaborate with the Demand Planning Leader to ensure process stability and continuous improvement.
   

Desirable Requirements (Nice to Have)

• Supply Chain certifications (APICS CPIM, CSCP, IBF).
