Position Summary
The Digital Asset Librarian Intern provides operational support in the management and organization of the company’s digital assets, ensuring proper classification, updating, and availability for internal use across different business units. This role is ideal for students with a background in document management who want to develop hands-on experience in a corporate digital asset environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the review, editing, and customization of digital materials.
• Manage and organize digital assets within corporate repositories.
• Ensure proper classification, storage, and version control of information.
• Maintain materials updated in accordance with internal guidelines and standards.
• Provide operational support to different areas in managing and accessing digital content.
• Apply basic document management principles consistently in the handling of information.
Required Qualifications
• Student in Document Management Technology, preferably in internship or practical stage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic knowledge of document organization and classification principles.
• Basic English level (reading and comprehension).
• Attention to detail, organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools.
• Familiarity with corporate digital asset management (DAM) platforms or document repositories.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments and cross-functional collaboration.
