About the role
Provide high-level clinical, technical, and educational support to healthcare professionals in the programming, implantation, and follow-up of cardiac rhythm and electrophysiology devices. Act as the clinical expert for Boston Scientific’s CRM and EP portfolio, driving market development and ensuring a positive customer experience through high-value interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical and Technical Support:
• Assist in the implantation procedures and follow-up of pacemakers and defibrillators.
• Program devices and conduct post-implant checks, including interrogation and therapy optimization.
• Serve as the clinical reference point for troubleshooting, device optimization, and technology updates in Electrophysiology and Cardiac Rhythm Management.
- Continuing Medical Education:
• Train physicians, clinical staff, and sales representatives in the safe and effective use of CRM devices.
• Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and support during scientific congresses.
- Market Development:
• Identify clinical and commercial opportunities to increase penetration of CRM and EP devices.
• Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, electrophysiologists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support clinical evaluations of new products (e.g., field studies, First Implants).
- Territory Management:
• Support the execution of the commercial plan for the territory in alignment with the sales team.
• Collaborate on the development of strategies and tactics to meet market share and unit volume targets.
Position Requirements
- Degree in Nursing, Medicine, or other healthcare-related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the cardiovascular area.
- Knowledge in interventional procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical education skills.
- Availability to travel nationwide.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (preferred).
