About the role

The role will support the Quality System process activities for the LATAM region, specifically for the NCEP and CAPA management process. The role requires interaction with areas in different countries. It is a dynamic environment contributing to the compliance with quality objectives and patient care. The role offers continuous mentorship where you will receive formal training and support from experienced people.

Your Responsibilities Include   

  • Support the follow up of NCEP and CAPA process metrics
  •  Prepare the information required for the CAPA and NCEP process Review
  • Update of the Quality System documents 
  • Work cross-functionally with LATAM countries to accomplish tasks, etc.
  • Support activities of the improvement projects for the NCEP and CAPA process
  • Collect information of the process for analysis

 

Required Qualifications

  • At least 70% of studies completed and currently enrolled in the university, must be active.
  • English Level desired: 70%.
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Available for a temporary position (12 months).
  • Ability to deliver, meet deadlines.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Desirable knowledge in: Microsoft Office Basic
  • Data driven decisions
