The Marketing Intern role within the PI – IC – SH divisions is a key contributor to the execution of Boston Scientific’s marketing strategies. This position provides direct support to Product Managers and Demand Generation Leaders in the implementation of marketing initiatives, demand generation activities, and logistical coordination for marketing events. The intern plays a critical role in ensuring that campaigns, events, and product launches are executed with excellence and in alignment with the highest quality standards.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Support Product Managers in the planning, development, and execution of Marketing and Professional Education (ProfEd) initiatives.
• Coordinate the logistics of events and seminars, including Salesforce module management, demo requests, and follow-up with the Demand Generation team.
• Assist in the preparation of training materials, POP inventory management, and purchase order processing.
• Help consolidate data, track KPIs, and prepare monthly summaries of marketing activities and impact.
• Participate in digital marketing campaigns, including branding, social media, and content creation, aligned with legal and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain and update databases of KOLs, trained HCPs, and documentation related to Proctorship services.
What We Are Looking for in You:
• Student in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or International Business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Assertive communicator, both verbal and written.
• Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills to interact across different departments and organizational levels.
• Comfortable working with databases, generating reports, and supporting planning and logistical processes.
