ob Title: Product Manager – Peripheral Interventions
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead our Peripheral Interventions business line. This role will serve as a critical liaison between marketing, sales, and the market, driving initiatives that ensure sustainable growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong strategic vision, a passion for market development, and a proven ability to manage full P&L responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement local market strategies aligned with regional objectives.
- Identify clinical and market trends to uncover business opportunities and support new product launches.
- Develop physician training programs and define strategic reimbursement approaches.
- Create commercial tools and support field execution.
- Build and execute operational launch plans with a focus on profitability.
- Communicate market needs to the regional Marketing team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic physicians.
- Collaborate closely with sales and demand generation teams to respond quickly to market needs.
- Maintain accurate product and inventory forecasts.
- Manage the P&L for the assigned business line, optimizing revenue, margins, and resource efficiency.
- Promote a culture of quality in all internal and external interactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or Marketing.
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing roles within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience managing P&L and marketing KPIs.
- Experience managing direct or indirect reports.
