Professional Education Intern | Bogotá

We are looking for a Professional Education Intern to join our team and support the execution of educational strategies across multiple therapeutic areas.

This role offers a unique cross-divisional experience, where you will spend part of your time supporting the Cardiac Rhythm Management & EP division, while also contributing to initiatives across Peripheral, Urology, Endoscopy, and Neuromodulation.

This role is ideal for students interested in medical education, event coordination, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within the healthcare industry.


Key Responsibilities

Educational Programs & Strategy

  • Support the execution of medical education initiatives and training programs
  • Collaborate on digital education courses and content creation, aligned with compliance guidelines
  • Manage activities within the Educare platform (course creation, registration, reporting, and adoption tracking)
  • Coordinate with external agencies when required

Proctorship Management

  • Support proctorship services coordination, including confirmations and follow-ups
  • Track services (completed/cancelled) and manage invoice processes
  • Maintain updated proctor databases and compliance documentation

Events & Logistics

  • Coordinate seminars and educational events through Salesforce
  • Manage attendee tracking, databases, and reporting
  • Support logistics, including demos, models, and promotional materials (POP)
  • Assist with event execution and follow-up

Data, ROI & Reporting

  • Consolidate attendee databases and track investment and performance metrics
  • Support monthly KPI tracking and reporting
  • Develop summaries of activities and their impact
  • Maintain databases of trained healthcare professionals (HCPs)

Vendor & Operational Support

  • Coordinate with vendors: quotations, services, deliveries, and payments
  • Process invoices and follow up on approvals
  • Maintain vendor databases and documentation
  • Support inventory tracking and control processes

Demos & Materials Management

  • Coordinate shipment and tracking of demos and models
  • Maintain inventory and ensure control processes
  • Support purchase order creation for promotional materials

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking students who are:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
  • Interested in medical education, marketing operations, and healthcare environments
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional setting

Required & Desired Skills

Required:

  • Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Desired:

  • Interest in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with digital tools or platforms for education/marketing
  • Experience managing databases or coordinating logistics
