Responsibilities:

Assist in process optimization projects for the regulatory affairs area (e.g. database maintenance, regulatory controls, automation).
Support the team in daily operations and technical tasks such as documentation consolidation and Invima dossier assembly.
Collaborate with multifunctional teams within the framework of joint projects between the regulatory affairs area and other areas.
Perform data analysis and report findings.
Process mapping to identify areas for optimization and automation
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas

Requirements

Student in Biomedical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Electronic Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to map and document processes and solutions clearly.

Desirable skills or interests:

skills to clean and preprocess data to ensure its accuracy and consistency;
Interests in programming languages, scripts for task automation, database management
