What are we looking for? 

 

We are looking for penultimate or final-year university students who are passionate about leading initiatives, making things happen, thinking analytically, working collaboratively, solving problems, and communicating effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Facing real-life business challenges in a dynamic healthcare devices company.
  • Taking ownership of real business projects from Day 1 (e.g., improving ERP systems, performing data analysis, building automation tools).
  • Supporting the preparation and development of proposals and reports using word processing, spreadsheets, and other digital tools.
  • Exploring, learning, and gaining practical experience in a world-class work environment that uses state-of-the-art technologies focused on operational excellence.
  • Collaborating with various departments, regions, technical centers, and regularly engaging with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Working under agile project management methodologies.
  • Contributing to the analysis, design, development, and testing of new or existing products and processes that will be implemented across company areas, clients, or products.
  • Participating in functional projects that may involve research, teamwork, presentations, strategy development, and staying current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
  • Conducting yourself as a regular full-time team member by adhering to Boston Scientific's rules, maintaining professional and respectful behavior, and complying with confidentiality and company policies.
  • Becoming familiar with your responsibilities and the broader business and operational context within Boston Scientific.

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Advanced university studies in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
  • Experience or interest in data management, web tools, and apps.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Tableau (nice to have).
  • Strong team collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented personality.
  • Comfortable working with databases, generating reports, and analyzing statistics.
