About The Role
Driving sales excellence and process efficiency as part of Channel Partner Management (CPM) team by leveraging various data sources across the region to provide actionable commercial insights. Support in providing accurate data and analysis by Channel Partner: from collecting and analyzing data, support in setting service levels and KPIs, monitoring the outcomes of CP performance, and providing tangible actions for the commercial organization to tackle. This role involves championing CRM utilization, supporting completeness and integrity of channel data, managing multiple process improvement projects, and providing insights based on analysis of trends.
Your Responsibilities
- Consolidate data, assessment, and analysis of financial, supply chain, sales performance, customer activity and market data for indirect channel.
- Support CPM team to ensure implementation of QBR framework by filling relevant templates with data from various sources and providing actionable insights based on trend analysis
- Continuously monitor Channel Partners’ performance, track KPIs such as sales growth, market share, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency (adhering to processes and delivering agreed service levels) and inventory turnover.
- Prepare analytical reports related to overall regional channel performance, utilizing or creating dashboards across various data cuts (by country, by Tier, by Division, etc.) to monitor performance and drive actions towards expected targets.
- Develop and maintain Country Scorecards utilizing internal and external data sources
- Work with CPM team in defining, adjusting and implementing qualitative and quantitative KPIs for the annual Channel Partners’ assessment.
- Identify Channel Partners with a track record of success, strong market presence and alignment with company's values and goals.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics, C&CE, and Channel Partners to optimize their inventory levels and develop proactive strategies.
- Work closely with Customer & Commercial Excellence team on:
- acting as the source for regional data and insights and leveraging central analytics for creation of reports with regional-scope
- identifying trends to understand what drives success and where improvements are needed followed by corrective actions initiation in alignment with CPM team
- recommending product, country, customer mix and go-to market changes if needed, aligned with regional leadership.
- designing and monitoring incentive programs (including rebate agreement opportunities) based on performance data to motivate and reward high-performing Channel Partners.
- using predictive analytics to forecast future sales trends and identifying potential opportunities and risks by analyzing historical sales data, market trends and other relevant factors.
- supporting C&CE team in ad-hoc requests to driving targeted improvements in Channel Partner Management.
- collaborating with the Data Analytics team to streamline tools into Cloud and other digital platforms and leverage existing analytics tools.
- Present key outputs and learnings to the Regional Leadership Team to continuously improve use of analytics in driving indirect channel KPIs.
- Support and educate regional commercial team on the available toolsets
What Are We Looking For In You
- Proven industry experience in sales operations or commercial analytics.
- Experience of channel management from within the medical technology, or other healthcare/life science sectors is beneficial.
- Advanced understanding of commercial and financial data, and sales performance KPIs.
- Strategic thinker with robust decision-making and deep analytical skills.
- Excellent collaborator and can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and to influence without authority.
- Project and change management skills along with strong execution capability.
- Experience and knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP and SFDC tools.
- English language skills at a professional working proficiency level or above.
