About the Role

The Digital Health Solutions Analyst acts as a strategic liaison between Technology, Commercial teams, and Clients, ensuring the successful adoption of digital health solutions and delivering an agile, empathetic user experience. This role supports the digital transformation of customer care and engagement models, working closely with physicians, hospitals, and patients while contributing to sustainable business growth through client acquisition and retention. The position reports directly to the Services and Solutions Management and requires close interaction with cross-functional areas.

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage and administer the web platform back office, including user onboarding and management (physicians, hospitals, and related data).
  • Actively participate in platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives alongside the technology partner.
  • Ensure an efficient, agile, and user-centered experience, with a strong focus on urgency and patient health impact.
  • Maintain ongoing interaction with physicians and hospitals to promote platform adoption and usage. 
  • Train physicians and healthcare teams on the use of the LeadPlus platform.
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Participate in congresses, events, and networking activities related to digital health solutions.
  • Facilitate patient interaction with the platform, particularly regarding treatment financing processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Commercial team to support business objectives.
  • Assist in the onboarding and incorporation of new clients (physicians and hospitals).

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within service, healthcare, or technology companies.
  • Advanced English proficiency (preferred), used primarily in international events and engagements.
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of empathy and service orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with high levels of proactivity and autonomy.
  • Dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable working in cross-functional environments.
