Business System Analyst (SAP)

Purpose Statement

Analyzes, specifies, designs, documents, tests and delivers business systems and Information System process solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Strong SAP functional and technical knowledge in WM/IM/SD/MM module.
• Provide SAP configuration and master data setup for new business process.
• Defines and re-engineers applications processes by using appropriate methods and tools and partnering with process owners to understand requirements.
• Improve application/system efficiency and makes recommendations for implementation of new systems or necessary upgrades that will best meet customer and company requirements.
• Participation in cross functional teams to articulate site requirements, co-ordinate site testing (user acceptance test, system simulation test) and documentation.
• Creates training material and provide training for user assistance and system usage.
• Resolves repeated application or process issues related to manufacturing/warehouse/distribution center by working with systems or process owners and project teams to find acceptable permanent solutions.
• Manages process improvement projects by applying project management methodology.
• Reports on distribution center KPI metris and daily operation metrics.
• Involve and drive on automation solutions such as RFID, RF scanners and etc.
• May lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information System /Computer Science or relevant.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge and experience of project management process (Agile) will added advantage.
• Working experience in S4 HANA environment is a plus.
• Good communication, analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team with self-initiative.
