About the role:
Seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and result-driven Associate Project Manager to support the execution of Disposable IVL Catheter Operation projects. In this role, the candidate will work closely with the Sr. Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects that improve production processes, supply chain efficiency, and overall organizational performances.
Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be present in our Carlsbad, CA office at least four to five days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
Project Support & Coordination:
- Create detailed project plans and track progress to meet deadlines.
- Facility regular meetings to review project status, address risks, and resolve challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Operation, Facilities, Quality, and Manufacturing to gather updates and ensure alignment.
- Drive projects with high urgency in a fast-paced organization. Individuals should be result-driven and have proven experience of driving complex projects from start to completion.
- Able to have a holistic view and understanding of how project fits the organization’s objectives. Able to identify critical chain tasks and escalate.
Communication & Reporting:
- Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations to leadership highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
- Able to communicate and lead functional department individuals to deliver tasks.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate successes and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Administrative & Logistical Support:
- Help manage project calendars, resource tracking, and coordination of external vendors or consultants.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and operation in a regulated environment (FDA, ISO 13485) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, TEAMS).
Preferred qualifications:
- PMP certification preferred.
- Demonstrated results-driven approach and strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of and experience in catheter manufacturing operations.
