<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Professional Education Department is seeking a Program Manager for the Vertiflex Procedure.  This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as professional education expertise. The Program Manager works directly with healthcare provider (HCP) customers, Marketing, R&D, Surgical Lab Team, Engineering, Clinical Research, and Sales to create the strategy, vision and execution of educational engagements for HCPs about the Vertiflex Procedure.  This position is a key stakeholder in the Vertiflex professional education training curriculum, as well as commercial programs. The Program Manager also manages logistical and compliance aspects of healthcare provider educational engagements.

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with healthcare professionals and internal cross functions
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Superior interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Proven ability to influence individuals and teams
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Proven strengths in innovative ideas and approaches, strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to communicate and articulate complex clinical information
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Content creation and ownership of approved materials for every clinical engagement
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">KOL liaison and strategic partner with commercial team
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Speaker development, preparations, contract and agreement management, and payments
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Working with customers and field to gather experience, knowledge, case studies
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Maintaining budgets
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strategizing local programs and helping to align the faculty KOL based on specific educational needs
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Define topics, curriculum, develop agendas, select presenters, select locations and program planning
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assist in advisory services including recommending KOLs
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Logistics, regulatory, handling grants and compliance
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Bring deliverables from marketing to the end user at all programs
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Understanding Fellowship engagements
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Initiate, manage and lead several projects with cross functions
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Innovate and devise curriculums with cross-functional team to support emerging therapy

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Minimum Qualifications:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">4+ years of related work experience in MedTech, Biotech, MedEd, pharma and/or experience in Education, Training, Sales or Marketing
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Able to work flexible hours, up to 60% travel with weekend travel 1 to 2 times a month.  Travel throughout the week visiting KOLs and observing cases.   • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Master’s degree preferred
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">3+ years in medical device strongly preferred biotech or pharma and/or experiences in Education, Training, Sales or Marketing
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">5+ years of related work experience
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">KOL management
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">User of CVENT, SFDC, SharePoint
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Curriculum design
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Adult learning strategies
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Trained in situational leadership, crucial conversations and/or conflict management
  •
