About the role:

Provide the necessary support to all functional areas of the company for direct materials.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform all purchasing procedures regarding direct materials for the company, which are acquired with local and international suppliers.
  • Follow up on purchase orders.
  • Generate purchase orders in the system following local procedures.
  • Obtain necessary authorizations and approvals as per the procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and do push out or pull in when necessary.
  • Maintain good relations with suppliers.
  • Assess supplier performance periodically.
  • Manage recovery plans with suppliers when their capacity is facing issues to provide the required material.
  • Project Purchase Price Variance for AOP and Fs.
  • Maintain the cost-quality relation, pursuing the maximum savings for the company.
  • Generate continuous improvement projects for processes related.
  • Generate monitoring reports on expenses per department.
  • Monitor material consumption.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or Field Related.
  • English Level: B2+ (80% - 89%)
  • Desired knowledge: Excel Advanced, Inventory, SAP, Power BI
  • At least one year of experience in similar positions.
