About the Role:
Support production and non-production equipment maintaining accuracy, performance, and reliability, reducing downtime, and ensuring FDA/ISO compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage equipment maintenance activities.
- Define and create effective maintenance procedures.
- Identify, procure, coordinate replace, and test new equipment parts.
- Assure record activities are computerized in maintenance management system, following departmental and other procedures as necessary.
- Identify and lead equipment improvements through the support of other techs.
- Procure and direct additional functional resources as necessary.
- Represent equipment maintenance on cross-functional team activities.
- Lead cross-functional activities/projects in support of equipment, compliance, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and best practice implementations.
- Identify, create, and provide training to other personnel as needed.
- Execute phases of validation processes.
Job requirements:
- Completed High School Diploma. Essential*
- Technical education in electromechanics, electronics, electrotechnics, electricity, or 50% progress in related university degrees.
- English level from 40% to 70%. Essential*
- 7 years of experience in technical positions related to the job.
- Availability to work in Shift A (Monday to friday from 6:00 a.m to 3:30 p.m)
Desirable technical requirements:
- Knowledge in corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Knowledge in tools like Windchill, SAP, and BMRAM.
- Knowledge in Office package.
- Experience in electrical control.
- Knowledge in PLC.
