An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Graduate in our Clonmel team. Working in a growing site, at the leading edge of implantable medical device technologies, you will work as part of a progressive and diverse HR team where we deliver the human capital needs of the business through the deep engagement of all of our people.


        Purpose and Responsibilities


  • We are establishing this new position to provide support to the HR team in all core functions inclusive of Talent Acquisition, Client Support, Learning and Organisational Development, Employee Engagement, Communications and HR Operations


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


  • Technical Competence: An entry level professional. General knowledge and application of technical and business concepts and practices. Interprets data and uses common sense to resolve issues. Some knowledge of industry practices and standards.
  • Problem Solving: Applies professional concepts and knowledge of our strategies, analyses data or situations, and exercises judgment to recommend solutions to solve problems.
  • Planning and Organization: Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own work to meet business needs with guidance from the team. Takes accountability and responsibility for end to end processes
  • Team Player: Works well with colleagues and takes pride in the highest standards of collaboration and service to the business
  • Business Relationships and Project Management: Begins establishing and cultivating internal business relationships to facilitate work effectiveness.participate in project teams.
  • Impact: Participates in the completion of departmental projects and goals.
  • Liaison: Engages with internal and external stakeholders. Uses discretion, diplomacy and tact in interactions. Displays emotional intelligence and humble inquiry as key skills.



  •  Bachelors Degree in HR/Business or equivalent. Masters will be advantage.


**Please note that this is a 23 months contract.**
