We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II on a permanent basis to join our team.
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Management Administrator to manage and maintain asset records within the BMRAM system. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting the calibration and maintenance processes for equipment across the site. Shift is days and will be 7am - 4pm Monday through Thursday and 7am - 12pm Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain asset data within the BMRAM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate calibration and maintenance schedules in line with regulatory and company requirements.
- Monitor asset lifecycle activities, including creation, updates, and retirement of assets.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of calibration and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Generate reports and metrics to support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA).
- Act as a point of contact for asset-related queries and provide training/support on BMRAM system usage.
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external auditors.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Calibration Processes: Understanding of calibration requirements for regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Maintenance Processes: Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance workflows.
- Regulatory Awareness: Experience working within a highly regulated industry (medical device or pharmaceutical preferred).
- Integrity & Ethical Judgment: Strong sense of right and wrong, ensuring compliance and ethical decision-making.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Education & Experience:
- NFQ Level 6 Higher Certificate in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline.
- Previous experience in asset management or maintenance administration within a regulated environment.
- Proficiency in asset management systems (experience with BMRAM is a strong advantage).
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, ERP systems).
