Process Technician III

 

About the role:

The duties of a Process Technician will include the coordination of product samples, validation management, generate operations metrics, initiate and complete change requests, multi-site collaboration, and training responsibilities.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participates in the manufacture of Process Challenge Devices, using quality and time management skills to assure a constant supply to support production in Coventry and other contract sterilization facilities.
  • Participates in the placement and retrieval of product samples and sensors within qualification environment.
  • Participates in the process validation activities associated with a Medical Device Sterilization Facility.
  • Manage Dunnage related activities and inventory for worldwide validations and support.
  • Follows written procedures and is empowered to make recommendations for updating of procedures.
  • Assists in the scheduling of in-bound and out-bound shipments working with 3rd parties.
  • Maintains and advances technical skills, knowledge and abilities by assigned training.
  • Works in a safe manner and considers safety in all aspects of job.

 

What we’re looking for in you:

Basic Qualifications

  • GED / High School Diploma
  • Proficient within Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Lean/5S experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree
  • Material Handling Equipment experience
  • Prior Ethylene Oxide sterilization experience a plus
  • Presentation skills a plus
