About This Role:
Duties include the coordination of product samples, project management, generate operations metrics, initiate and complete change requests, multi site-colloaboration, and training responsibilities. 

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Participates in the process validation activities associated with a Medical Device Sterilization Facility.
  • Manage projects and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Coordinate product test samples from sites throughout the BSC network.
  • Participates in the placement and retrieval of product samples and sensors within qualification environment.
  • Investigate root cause(s) of non-conformances (i.e. NCMR, audit, etc.), identify and execute corrective actions by expected completion date(s).
  • Maintains and advances technical skills, knowledge and abilities by assigned training. Works in a safe manner and considers safety in all aspects of job.
  • Perform and report 5S Audits, assist in resolution of any issues from audit results.
  • Will require the ability to operate sterilization equipment.
  • Support the in-house calibration of Madgetechs and Sterilization Equipment.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement activities for the site and support the analytics of the Core 5 and 9-Panel.
  • Assist in the scheduling of in-bound and out shipments working with 3rd parties.
  • Assist in site scheduling and planning activities
  • Develop, manage and execute all Dunnage and PCD Activities for worldwide sterilization support.
     

What We’re Looking For In You:
Minimum Requirements:

  • 6 years with AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
  • Strong Quality orientation and attention to detail 
  • Proficient with MS Office programs
  • Highly organized
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical device industry experience
  • Warehouse/Inventory Control experience
