About the Role:

 

Boston Scientific is looking for an experienced Project Analyst to join our newly created Program Management Office (PMO) within Global Toxicology and Biocompatibility (GTB). This individual will play a role in coordinating strategies and operational aspects of projects. This person will help maintain existing systems and processes and propose improvements to drive efficiency.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide day-to-day support for existing processes related to resource forecasting and demand.
  • Gain an in-depth working knowledge of existing business processes and touch points with other enterprise level systems.
  • Working partner with the leadership team to understand their needs and identify opportunities for technical solutions.
  • Provide support during initial launches/rollouts of new processes and business systems.
  • Coordinates project deliverables and needs to implement solutions.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills including oral, written, and listening skills with a track record of listening and communicating complex concepts.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

 

 

Minimum requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in science related field (Biology, Chemistry, Toxicology, etc.).
  • 2+ years of medical device industry experience or other regulated industry.
  • Working knowledge and experience of the IT systems necessary to enable efficient and successful utilization of these tools and data (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint).

 

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

  • Quality Systems knowledge on general corrective/preventive action systems (CAPA).
  • Interest/experience with Business Administration or Project Management skills.
